Self-collection at our bakehouse

• The order must be collected on the chosen day of collection, within our specified business hours. Pickup after hours will not be entertained.
• No refund for failure of collection or cancellation.
• Please contact us directly, and as soon as possible, should you not be able to pick up on the collection date.

Using delivery services (DHL Express)

• All deliveries will be made on the evening of the baking day.
• Once bakes have left our premises, it is no longer within our control of the bakes’ condition upon receiving, and we shall not be responsible for any mishandling by the runner. However, we will make sure to pack your bakes properly and brief the runner to deliver your bakes with care.
• Should there be any dissatisfaction with the condition of the bakes upon receiving them, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
• Delivery to Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan will be made on Thursday or Friday during the baking/shipping day.

• Please specify your order’s desired delivery day & time slot during checkout.
• Due to the availability of runners depending greatly on a third-party service (such as Lalamove/Grab), please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour extra time to receive your order. We will do our best to deliver your bake at the specified time.
